Long Term Planning: Work on how the business will compete & succeed in the long term; Transform & re-invent your business model.

We are an extension of your team and strive to begin our partnership on the right foot, so we use this time to integrate into our clients companies. We get familiar with your IT environment, budget, services, procedures and workflows. This requires an increased amount of man hours so we require the full onboarding fee at the beginning of the engagement.
